By accessing and using the AIX Market Index website and API ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

AIX provides the AI Purchasing Power Index (APPI), a metric tracking the cost efficiency of AI language models. The Service includes:

  • Public website with APPI data and methodology
  • Public API for programmatic access to APPI data
  • Embeddable widgets for third-party websites

3. Use of Data

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Access and view APPI data for informational purposes
  • Cite APPI in academic papers, reports, and media articles with attribution
  • Embed APPI widgets on your website with attribution
  • Use the public API for non-commercial and commercial purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Misrepresent or modify APPI data
  • Remove attribution from embedded widgets
  • Abuse the API with excessive requests (rate limiting applies)
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of APPI data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service meets your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

Super Ecomm Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions based on APPI data.

5. Attribution Requirements

When citing APPI, use the following format:

6. API Terms

  • Rate Limits: Reasonable use limits apply. Excessive requests may be throttled.

7. Intellectual Property
